Whether it's been at Tabata or another early morning session, Cate has always brought a great energy and puts in a big effort for every session. Dancing to NCL on a Friday morning (if you've been there, you know the song) and always working to improve her fitness.

What a massive congratulations to Rose, one of our most long-term and dedicated members, on hitting an amazing 3,500 visits!!!

This is the result of years of showing up to the gym almost daily, and staying committed to becoming a healthier, stronger version of yourself. Lifting heavier weights regularly, with the kind of consistency is what pays off in how you look and feel every day.

What a night at the 2026 EFM Norwood Quiz Night!

A massive thanks to everyone who attended on Saturday evening! With 80 people packed in, there were plenty of laughs, some questionable answers, great food, and a room full of friendly rivalry as tables battled it out.

Together we raised an incredible $1,483 for , where it will be used to continue to support groundbreaking research that will help to transform the lives of those affected by mental health issues.

A massive thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets, donated, had a crack at the games on the night, and helped create such a fantastic community atmosphere.

Thank you to the for allowing us to use their venue for such a fantastic evening.

1000 visits for Richard!

A big congratulations for hitting 1,000 visits! He doesn't make a fuss, he just shows up and gets the work done. Consistently and with a solid effort every time. No fanfare needed, just 1,000 sessions of hard work, which takes years of commitment and energy! Well done, Richard!

3307 pushups in just 3 weeks!

Simon has just completed his last pushup, the 3307th, on day 24 of The Pushup Challenge!

You may have seen his bright orange shirt throughout June, highlighting Australia's largest mental health and fitness event, which gets hundreds of thousands of Aussies taking up the challenge to complete a set number of push-ups that represent the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia each year.

Simon has raised $1465, 3x his target, with funds going to The Push For Better Foundation, which raises awareness and engages people in mental health through connection, education and health and wellbeing.
