Kym has cracked 500 visits at EFM Norwood — and if you know Kym, you know he's earned every single one.

Session after session, he comes in, he focuses, and he delivers. That kind of consistency gets the results.

With his 4-year membership anniversary just around the corner, the timing could not be more fitting.

He's joined in the photo by Simon, who recently hit the same milestone. Pictured side by side, both in Scottish attire, and if the banter between them is anything to go by, neither is slowing down anytime soon.

The man with the kilt (towel) has done it. 500 sessions of hard work, perseverance, and most importantly learning to slow down the exercises!
Simon brings great energy to every morning session, and his jokes are consistent and on rare occasions quite funny.
