The biggest shift in my yoga practice since becoming a Mum wasn’t learning a new pose, or how to adapt and build my strength postpartum.
It was letting go of the belief that it had to be perfect to count.
I thought yoga needed to be a full class, the right amount of time, and the right conditions.
Then I became a Mum and I learned that waiting for the perfect moment means not doing it at all.
Fast forward to now, I’ve learnt that 10 minutes counts.
I’ve learnt that consistency isn’t built through perfect conditions.
It’s built through showing up, again and again, in whatever way you can.
That’s the reason behind Reset Me.
