✨ Bootcamp is BACK! ✨

After a cozy winter break filled with family time and couch cuddles, I’m so excited to say that Bootcamp is returning to my backyard 💪🔥

Classes will run on:
📅 Tuesday & Thursday nights
⏰ From 6:15pm
📍 Windebanks Road

Whether you’re a familiar face or new to training, these sessions are all about building strength, fitness, and having fun together.

Bring your energy, bring a mate, and let’s smash out the rest of 2025 feeling stronger than ever! 🙌

Bootcamp is for EVERYONE

It's so much easier to workout in a group setting, having others motivate you to come to every session.
Social workouts are so much easier than solo gym sessions that you sign up for a years contract and go once.

No lock in contracts
No pressure
Workout at your own pace

2024 has been an amazing year for family, friends and fitness.

I can't thank my wonderful bootcampers enough for yet another amazing year together and welcome to all our newcomers, I hope you have enjoyed our sessions as much as I have!

Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 to everyone and I hope everyone has a barrel of laughs and a full belly at the end of today.

Sorry I've been MIA, as you will notice I am not a big social media poster.

Bootcamp sessions run almost all year without a break, you may see from time to time I'll post a quick story during our sessions, however we are so wrapped up in what we are doing, I forget!

All our bootcampers have created such a vibrant and fun group to work with that sessions fly by and everyone has a good laugh, they forget they are working out!
