Confidence comes with knowing your body will respond when you need it. I admit most of my progression on the trails this year have been initiated off the bike.

Thanks to from Framework Fitness for steering the ship with a functional (limited equipment, from home) fitness program tailored to my specific needs as a female MTB’er. Not quite , yet sure is fun pretending 😉

Throwback to the trendy social media “Squat Your Dog” challenge of 2018. While functional training can be done anywhere and anytime with any available equipment, I still wouldn’t recommend using a slightly overweight & uncooperative border collie as a barbell....
Bonus points to anyone who comments below of photos exercising with their doggo 🐶
