We are so incredibly proud of this amazing woman! 💛

The start of 2026 hasn’t been an easy one for Amy, but through it all she has shown incredible resilience, strength and determination.

For the past 7 months, she has continued to show up, give her best effort in every session and brighten our studio with her warm presence. ✨

A beautiful reminder to us all that no matter what life throws your way, staying committed to your training is something truly worth celebrating. Showing up for yourself, especially during the hard seasons, is something to be incredibly proud of. 💪🏼

1- FUN FACT: Did you know our amazing instructor Garnette Fuller is a Mum to a 6 month old Central Bearded Dragon named Sunny! 🦎

2- Sunny made it to the Studio Montel team meeting today and took quite a liking to chelseaoreilly_ 😂 (Who doesn’t?)

3- Marlin’s a fan of Sunny… Sabine is not 😂 (watch till the end)

Member Spotlight 🤩 Bonnie

We are so incredibly proud of this beautiful young woman! 💛

Over the past 9 months, Bonnie has shown incredible dedication, consistency and hard work in every training session.

While completing Year 11, she has continued to show up, push herself and grow stronger every week. The results in her strength have been incredible, and we couldn’t be prouder. 💪🏼✨

We’ve also loved watching her confidence grow, seeing her blossom and shine so brightly.
It has been such a privilege to witness her flourish in so many beautiful ways.
