The sutherland shire’s ultimate training facility and gym, specialising in Mixed Martial Arts, BJJ, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Wrestling and Strength/Conditioning. We believe that a healthy, strong body accompanies a healthy, strong mind. We do this through the learning of Martial Arts, Strength and Fitness Training, while joining together with a Team Mindset. Joining us and believing in our philosophy

will enhance all aspects of your life. We offer classes involving Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Wrestling, Fight Sparring, Women's Fitness/Kickboxing, Warrior Bootcamp and Kids/Youth BJJ and MMA. This is conducted under the guidance of experienced and professional trainers. Otherwise we offer one on one Personal Training or Small Group Sessions involving weight training, strength and conditioning or customised programs to suit your lifestyle.

Job Opportunity- Personal Trainer or Group Trainer

CFS Combat Sports is located in Kirrawee and we’re looking for a new Personal/Group Trainer to join our team on a casual or contract basis 🤗

The opportunity involves operation of our bootcamp classes (strength and conditioning based sessions) and 1-1 personal training or small group sessions

Our clients range from beginner/intermediate to professional athletes, so having the capacity to cater to all abilities is essential (previous combat sports experience not required)

Job Description:
* Design and implement personalised training programs for our gym clients
* Provide instruction and guidance on proper technique
* Monitor clients’ progress and adjust training plans accordingly
* Create a motivating and supportive training environment

Requirements:
* Certificate 3 in Fitness and/or Certificate 4 in Personal Training
* Strong knowledge of strength and conditioning exercises
* CPR and First Aid certification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals
