Here’s 5 benefits, that aren’t about your body, that show your training is right.
Your coach doesn’t just see you as a paying member. They believe for you when you struggle, they help you plan smaller details and they reach out when you are missing.
You recover better. You’re not sore days on end which means you can show up for your team mates and kids on the weekends!
Sleep is easier - This one is a bit more serious. If you find you sleep patterns have gotten worse, 1 cause can be over training. Training is a stressor and just like a work deadline or relationship troubles, it can cause sleep loss.
Showing up to class is easy! Because you want to be there. The people welcome you, the training is challenging but at the right level for you and the coaches genuinely want to see you succeed and learn!
Monday rolls round and motivated or not, you feel fresh and able to take on the challenge that awaits.
