We are so excited to invite you and your family to our Grand Relocation Launch Party!

As we embark on a new chapter in our journey, we want to celebrate this milestone with our valued members and their loved ones.

Time: 9:00am Group training session and face painting for the kiddies

Allow us to introduce ourselves: Matty and Bec, the heartbeat of Day One. Matty brings over two decades of experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Educator to our community. With a passion for helping others and a commitment to making fitness approachable, he embarked on the adventure of owning his own gym in April 2022.

But this story isn't complete without mentioning our wonderful Bec! She's not just the wind beneath Matty's wings; she's the engine that keeps our gym running smoothly. Handling all things admin and lending her creative flair, Bec is Matty and Day One’s biggest cheerleader. πŸ“ŠβœοΈ

Team A took out this challenge with a huge 961458 steps, closely followed by Team C, then Team D and Team B. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Well done Team A!! And well done everyone for getting involved and supporting each other within your groups! ❀️

Our Challenger of The Week Award goes to Tracey Jinkinson who achieved a whooping 121,543 and almost broke her dog doing so! ⭐

Let's talk challenge. For many people, the idea of a fitness challenge can be a bit daunting. It's easy to feel overwhelmed or intimidated by the thought of pushing ourselves to our limits. But what if we looked at a challenge as an opportunity instead?

Think about it: a fitness challenge can be a chance to flip the switch and motivate ourselves to achieve something great. It's an opportunity to connect with others who are also pushing themselves to be their best selves. And with the right mindset, it can be a lot of fun!

One of the biggest benefits of a fitness challenge is the sense of community that comes with it. When we take on a challenge with others, we're able to encourage and motivate each other along the way. We can celebrate each other's successes and support each other through the tough times. And in the end, we come out of it with new friends and a stronger sense of camaraderie.

Another great thing about a challenge is that it gives us something specific to work towards. Whether it's to lift or squat a heavier weight, to fit into an old pair of jeans, or to simply show up to the gym consistently for 6 weeks, having a goal in mind can be incredibly motivating. And when we reach that goal, we get a huge sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.

Finally, a fitness challenge can be a great way to establish a positive routine for ourselves. When we commit to a challenge, we're setting aside time for exercise and prioritizing our health. And if we stick with it, we can build healthy habits that last long after the challenge is over.

So if you're feeling a bit hesitant about taking on a fitness challenge, try shifting your perspective. Instead of focusing on the potential difficulties, think about all the amazing opportunities that come with it. Who knows? You might just surprise yourself with what you're capable of. We are excited to announce our 6 Week Winter Wellness Challenge! Starting in 7 days on the 15th of May, this challenge is designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals during the colder months.

Winter can be a challenging time to stay active and motivated, but it's also a great opportunity to focus on your wellness goals. By participating in our Winter Wellness Challenge, you will have the support of a group of like-minded individuals who are all working towards similar goals.

Our challenge is designed to help you stay accountable and motivated throughout the 6 weeks. We will provide you with a comprehensive plan that includes a variety of exercises and nutrition guidelines that are tailored to your individual needs. You'll also receive regular check-ins and support from our expert trainers, who will be there to guide you every step of the way.

In addition to the physical benefits of the challenge, you'll also have the opportunity to connect with a community of people who are all committed to living a healthier lifestyle. You can share your progress, ask for advice, and offer support to others as you work towards your goals.

Our last challenge had incredible feedback, with participants achieving amazing results and loving the camaraderie and fun of the challenge.
