Celebrating 6-Week Challenge Winners 👏
A few weeks weeks ago we wrapped up our first 6-week challenge for 2026.
We like to celebrate a few of the best performers each time, which is getting harder and harder every challenge with so many members smashing it!
There were easily 5-6 others that could have been worthy winners… so well done to everyone involved 🙌
But we had to pick 2 from each coach involved in this challenge, so here’s our top 4. In order of pictures above:
1️⃣ Tanya👇 6.4kgs down & 3.9% body fat
Tanya worked with Damo and got most weight lost across the challenge 👏
A 5am staple in the gym she is dedicated to her training while also working hard with walking/running outside the gym leading to this huge result 👌
Great stuff Tanya!
2️⃣ Bel👇 4kgs down & 2.5% body fat
Bel worked with myself and was an absolute consistency queen across the 6-weeks!
Never missing a day of her nutrition targets or steps, ensuring she was organised no matter what her day through at her.
Terrific effort Bel and well deserved results 🙌
3️⃣ Becca👇 3.8kgs down & 5% body fat + increase muscle 0.5kgs 💪
Becca also worked with Damo and has become well known for her incredible activity levels!
Reaching jaw-dropping amount of steps each day while also training hard in the gym leading to increasing muscle and a whopping 5% body fat drop 😱
Well done Becca for a 2nd challenge win too 😎
4️⃣ Jaimee👇 0.8kgs down, 3.5% body fat down + increase muscle 1.1kgs 💪
Jaimee results are already impressive, but even more so is during the challenge she went away for nearly a week in the middle of it!
Even while away she kept track of her nutrition and still tried to be mindful as much as possible.
On top of her gym routine she added in running + yoga helping her be more well rounded with her training.
All of this led to a super impressive 1kg muscle gain alongside a great bodyfat% drop.
Huge effort Jaimee and well done 👏
