We are a Women's only Fitness Studio in Sutherland Shire. We coach women in lifestyle and nutrition to get sustainable results with their body.

We’re a women's only fitness studio helping women get fit, healthy, strong and love their body through our unique small group training and lifestyle coaching programs. We specialise in personal and group training specific for females looking to get fit, lose weight, improve strength, tone up and be healthy.

2026 Charity Trivia Night was a success 🙌

We had another great evening with our annual trivia night in the gym, with our biggest turnout ever 😃

Our charity of choice this year was the Mark Hughes Foundation. Their foundation funds research, create awareness and support brain cancer patients and their families.

We raised $2825 across the night through tickets and extra contributions, so thank you to everyone for donating 🙏

After a hard fought 7 rounds, our winners were team Gym & Tonic! Carried by some impressive music and movie knowledge 👏

Thanks again everyone for coming down, donating, and helping make the night a success 😇

Celebrating 6-Week Challenge Winners 👏

A few weeks weeks ago we wrapped up our first 6-week challenge for 2026.

We like to celebrate a few of the best performers each time, which is getting harder and harder every challenge with so many members smashing it!

There were easily 5-6 others that could have been worthy winners… so well done to everyone involved 🙌

But we had to pick 2 from each coach involved in this challenge, so here’s our top 4. In order of pictures above:

1️⃣ Tanya👇 6.4kgs down & 3.9% body fat

Tanya worked with Damo and got most weight lost across the challenge 👏

A 5am staple in the gym she is dedicated to her training while also working hard with walking/running outside the gym leading to this huge result 👌

Great stuff Tanya!

2️⃣ Bel👇 4kgs down & 2.5% body fat

Bel worked with myself and was an absolute consistency queen across the 6-weeks!

Never missing a day of her nutrition targets or steps, ensuring she was organised no matter what her day through at her.

Terrific effort Bel and well deserved results 🙌

3️⃣ Becca👇 3.8kgs down & 5% body fat + increase muscle 0.5kgs 💪

Becca also worked with Damo and has become well known for her incredible activity levels!

Reaching jaw-dropping amount of steps each day while also training hard in the gym leading to increasing muscle and a whopping 5% body fat drop 😱

Well done Becca for a 2nd challenge win too 😎

4️⃣ Jaimee👇 0.8kgs down, 3.5% body fat down + increase muscle 1.1kgs 💪

Jaimee results are already impressive, but even more so is during the challenge she went away for nearly a week in the middle of it!

Even while away she kept track of her nutrition and still tried to be mindful as much as possible.

On top of her gym routine she added in running + yoga helping her be more well rounded with her training.

All of this led to a super impressive 1kg muscle gain alongside a great bodyfat% drop.

Huge effort Jaimee and well done 👏

Had a fabulous Sunday Session as part of our 6-week challenge yesterday! Especially fitting that in landed on International Women’s Day 💁‍♀️

A big shout out to all the incredible women in our community that show up every week to take care of their health, fitness, & be the best version of themselves 👏

Lets make it another great week in the gym 👊

Today we’re recognising a huge 2025 for Bernadette, who drop 16kgs this year 👏

Bernadette is one of our dedicated early morning crew, often coming in for the 5:10am sessions 💪

It may still be dark outside but she brightens up the morning with her infectious smile and energy.

She’s one of the strongest in the gym too as anyone who has tried to keep up with her on bench press knows all too well!

She did a few of our 6-week challenges across the year showing complete dedication each time to her nutrition plan and targets.

Not only did Bernadette achieve some great results this year, she contributed to the gym the now famous ‘Damo ball slam target’.

Thanks to her many members get to enjoy taking out their personal vendettas with Damo one ball slam to the face at a time 🤣

Well done Bernadette on a terrific year, enjoy your holiday and see you next year ready for more 😎

Todays shout out for a fantastic 2025 goes to Georgia 🙌

Georgia started with us ready to focus on herself again after her fitness had gotten away from her since having her son

She put her head down for the year and has dropped 12kgs 👏

Georgia showed a great attitude all year, never letting a little setback stop her.

There were weeks where her son got sick throwing off her routine.

A shoulder injury that flared up and forced us to adjust exercises.

Busy periods of work dirsupting her training.

But her determination was stronger than these little hiccups and this is what allowed her to keep progressing across the year 😎

A great example that even if things aren’t perfect you can still decide to do whatever you can to keep moving forward.

Congratulations Georgia and onward to more goals in 2026 💪

Our next member we wanted to recognise for an amazing 2025 is Kara 👏

Kara began in March with a determination to focus on her health this year.

She certainly has done that achieving a whopping 20kgs of weight dropped this year 😲

Thanks to both her weight loss and strength training in the gym she’s also reduced her knee pain and improved her mobility.

Coach in particular has been incredible in guiding Kara to gradually get her range of motion back in lower body movements such as squats that were quite problematic at the start of the year.

Achieving all of this while juggling 2 kids and a growing business makes it all the more remarkable too 💪

Well done Kara on an incredible year 🫡

As we wrap up 2025, we wanted to acknowledge a few of our members who smashed some big goals this year. Over the next few days we’ll be sharing some weight loss milestones our members hit 👏

Of course there are plenty of other important goals we work towards other than weight loss, but these members smashed it this year and made incredible transformations we want to celebrate👏

Our first shout out goes to Kerry! Kerry lost 15kgs this year and made a real lifestyle change along the way 🙌

Kerry started with us early 2025 and has been a consistency queen since joining. Never misses a session of training while also keeping her nutrition on point.

She juggles 2 kids and a busy job, but doesn’t let that get in the way of sticking to her targets.

She even spent a few weeks in Europe this year, making her results even more impressive!

Well done Kerry on a terrific 2025, let’s keep up the good progress next year👏
