Our club has for over a decade specialised in the teaching of Hapkido, a self defence that focuses on several different aspects of martial arts not limiting itself to just kicking and punching. The classes at Kinetic Martial Arts are structured to give beginners the maximum rate of improvement in fitness and technical ability in the minimum amount of time, and to provide experienced students with

a challenging class. Classes are fun and the techniques are taught with safety in mind. Our instructors are not just personal trainers teaching kicking, punching and stretching, they are individuals that have had a strong commitment to their own training and development and are now committed to assisting you achieve your goals. Our members come from all walks of life including clergy, office workers, tradies, students, academics, the military, police services and more. When you start training with us you will be welcomed into a family focused club. Our members often get together for more than just training - it is simply a great group to be part of.
