Our Social Spring Super Shot Competition will be held again in 2026. The RNA Spring Competition will be Wednesday nights at Heffron Netball Courts from 14 October 2026, concluding on 2 December 2026, and will be played across three time slots: 5.30pm (NSG/Junior), 6.30pm (Junior/Inters) and 7.30pm (Open/Mixed/Inters), based on team entries received.

✨Players must register via the PlayHQ application link provided by the Team Captain/Manager.
✨Team Captains/Managers must ensure their team registration form is submitted on or before the closing date and that all players are registered in PlayHQ.

Own your game. Sharpen your edge and take your performance to the next level with UTS Randwick Sparks. Coached by Sparks coaches and players, this program is the perfect lead-in for Representative, Premier League, Academy and Metro League trials — built around advanced technical ex*****on, tactical awareness and match-play under pressure.

This program is for players aged 15+ years.

Your ticket includes:

⁠ ⁠Session 1 on Sun 11 Oct 3–5:30pm
⁠ ⁠Session 2 on Sun 18 Oct 3–5:30pm
⁠ ⁠Session 3 on Tue 20 Oct 6–8pm
