Coming in 2nd & 3rd place in the MG Activ 6 week challenge we have the Bedford’s!!

Darren Bedford coming in 2nd with a massive effort of over 12kg weight loss and 7% Body fat loss! 🥈

Sally Bedford coming in 3rd place with a huge 11.5kg weight loss and a 6.8% body fat loss!!!

Being on a cruise and not having one cheat meal is something not a lot of people on earth could do😅 you guys definitely put in the hard work and the results showed!!

Huge congrats to Ryan Amey the winner of the MG Activ Winter 2026 6 week challenge, taking home $1k cash!!💰🏆

With a whopping 7.5% body fat loss & a total weight loss of 11kg, this is definitely one of the best results we’ve ever had from a challenge!!!

⭐️MEMBER SPOTLIGHT KARLI⭐️

What can happen in just 12 months when you combine hard work, dedication & a bit of self belief!

At this exact time just 1 year ago, was judging at our Hyrox sim event. When we told Karls she should give it a go next year she laughed at us and said she was too intimidated by the thought of it to even start training.

Fast forward 1 year and Karls is one of the fittest members in our entire gym after being at MG Activ for over 4 years! Finishing first in the female duo category along side her Hyrox partner Sal.
Proof that if you put your mind to it- you can achieve anything!!

Our annual post-Easter challenge is upon us!
6 weeks to lock in and get unreal results!!
Here are the details:

- $85 covers a before and after scan.
- Optional Meal plans through JP Health & Nutrition.
- Must be a member to enter challenge.
- Challenge ends on the 23rd of May- no later scans.
- Event to conclude the challenge where winners will be announced. (Challenge party)
