WEDNESDAY | WHY TRAINING HERE MATTERS

A lot of people hit mid‑week feeling tired, stressed, and stretched thin. Work piles up. Life gets busy. Motivation drops. It’s easy to feel like you’re running on empty.

That’s exactly why training here matters.

When you walk into Nepean, you get structure, intensity, and a room full of people who lift you up. You get a place where the stress goes out through your hands, your lungs, and your effort. Today’s workout is heavy thrusters, kettlebell swings, burpees and is built to remind you that you’re stronger than whatever’s weighing you down.

COACH’S CORNER | MONDAY
Today’s session is about clean overhead mechanics and smart ring‑dip pacing.

We open with the press → push press → push jerk complex. Keep it unbroken, keep it smooth, and let the shoulder press dictate the load. The goal isn’t max weight, it’s crisp transitions and controlled movement.

The workout is simple on paper: 10 rounds of ring dips and box jumps. The key is choosing a dip option you can hold for all 10 rounds. Box jumps.... stay steady, jump, stand tall, step down, repeat.

Find a pace you can maintain, keep transitions tight, and stay ahead of fatigue.
