Our reformer sessions are more than just a workout class!

From the outside it probably looks like your just going to exercise for 45 minutes, but for most it’s one of the only times in their week where they can completely switch off from everything else going on around them. No notifications, no pressure, no overthinking, no feeling like you constantly need to be productive or available for everyone. Just movement, breath, focus, and time for yourself.

Some days you walk into class carrying stress, anxiety, exhaustion, or a million thoughts running through your head, and by the end of the session you feel like you can finally breathe again. There’s something so therapeutic about slowing down and reconnecting with your body instead of constantly living in your mind. Reformer teaches you how important it is to take care of yourself not just physically, but mentally too.
