🌅 THE TWILIGHT TRIATHLON SERIES IS BACK! 🌅

Only 5 weeks to go until the Onebody & Hills Triathlon Club Twilight Triathlon Series returns to Penrith International Regatta Centre on Thursday 15th October!

Whether you're completely new to triathlon or an experienced athlete preparing for your next race, our Twilight Triathlon Series is your chance to practice your swim, bike, and run in a fun, supportive environment without the pressure of race day.

2026 dates:
📅 October 15th & 29th
📅 November 12th & 26th
📅 December 3rd & 17th
More dates coming for January to March 2027!

📍 Penrith International Regatta Centre
⏰ 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start
💲 $33 including Regatta Centre entry
👥 Members & casuals welcome

🚴 Bike: 5km | 10km | 15km | 20km

🏊‍♀️ MS 24 HOUR MEGA SWIM WRAP 🏊🏻

While some of our Onebody Legends were taking on Sydney Marathon this past weekend, many more were in the pool swimming laps as a part of the Onebody & Hills Tri Club Mega Swim teams. 🥳
As always there were plenty of laughs, things got a little loopy overnight and lots of $$ raised for people living with MS. 🤪
Thank you to everyone who took part, counted laps, support crewed and donated towards our teams efforts.

💰$2152 raised for MS and $3638 raised across both teams
🏊🏻62.8km swum on the OB team
🏅Mark G & Coach Nick did the longest stints in the pool both swimming for 1.5hrs straight
🏆 Mat J swam the furthest on the OB team with 6.75km & Glen H on the Hills team with 7.2km
🧑🏼‍🦱 We had 5 junior swimmers - big congrats to Max, Quinn, Oliver, Xavier, Henry & Annabel
👩🏼 of our junior swimmers Annabel racked up a whopping 2.5km

AMAZONS AUSTRALIA 3-DAY STAGE ADVENTURE RACE 🏃‍♀️🚣‍♀️
Nadene Moore & Sue Moore (Team Force de Femme) - 12th place overall, 4th place in category.
After battling 40 km/h headwinds across all three days and overcoming a dramatic white-water rafting incident on Day 1, they dug deep to complete the full course while many teams chose to shorten theirs. An incredible achievement!

A gutsy performance from Coach Nick after a nasty fall that triggered an SOS alert and left him battling to the finish with a sprained ankle. A tough day on the trails and an even tougher effort to keep going! 💪

Overall, a tough week for some of our Onebody coaches!
