This is Laura.

Like many women that walk through the doors of Kinetik, she is a Mum, busy and always putting her families needs before her own.

There comes a time where you realise that showing up for yourself and selfishly putting yourself first is ultimately going to allow you to be the best version of yourself for your family and those around you.

Knowing Laura for a long period now, she does NOT take no for an answer (lol), and she pushes through with resilience. She shows up for her 3 girls and is starting to realise that her strength shines through to her daughters both physically and mentally.

Ladies, there is no perfect time to start. You just need to put one foot in front of the other. Your kids and grandkids will need you now, but they will also need you in different capacities in 10, 20, 30 years time. What you do now, will dictate what it looks like later. Put yourself first and prioritise your strength. Your family will thank you for it.

This is Vincenza’s story.

A story about navigating one of the biggest transitions a woman can experience, and finding strength, confidence and a new sense of self on the other side of it.

Menopause is often spoken about in whispers. Many women are told to simply “accept” feeling disconnected from their bodies, their energy, their confidence or the person they once were. But we believe there is another way.

At Kinetik, training is not just about aesthetics. It’s about rebuilding trust within yourself. It’s about learning that strength can become the foundation for how you move through every part of life.

Watching women like Vincenza transform not only physically, but mentally and emotionally, is the reason Kinetik exists.

This is more than a gym.
It’s a place where women are reminded of who they are capable of becoming.

Thank you Vincenza for sharing your story so openly and allowing other women to feel seen through your experience.

An unforgettable evening surrounded by an incredible circle of women, supporters, family, friends, and industry leaders who all share the same vision for women’s health, strength, and longevity.

We were honoured to hear from guest speakers sharing their expertise, experiences, and perspectives on navigating the many transitions women face throughout life. Combined with beautiful food, flowing drinks, music, and meaningful connection, it was a night we’ll never forget.

Kinetik was built with a mission far greater than fitness alone.

Our purpose is to help women build strength physically, mentally, and emotionally, while feeling supported through every stage of life.

This is only the beginning.
