WHY WE TRAIN: Running Edition!

With Melbourne Mara last weekend and the weather heating up, it’s the perfect time to get moving and chase some running goals! ☀️

From improving cardiovascular health and building endurance to boosting your mood and managing stress, running has plenty of benefits beyond the kilometres.

Want to be part of our Active Nation running community? Our Run Club meets on the first Saturday of every month, and all fitness levels are welcome! ☕️

Feeling like a challenge? We already have an Active Nation team signed up for the 2XU 10km and Half Marathon on November 22nd, and there’s still time to join us! DM us if you’re interested in being part of the team 🏃‍♀️
