A big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the one who wears many hats at F45 Point Cook, owner, coach, motivator, DJ 🎶, resident handy man and chief vacuumer.

Whether he’s coaching from the floor, jumping into a session alongside you, talking all things HYROX, or convincing everyone they’ve definitely got a little more in the tank… Ryan brings so much energy, passion and fun to our F45 fam. ❤️💙🤍

We’re incredibly lucky to have him leading the way and building the community we’re so proud of! 🫶🏻

Six weeks of showing up, putting in the work and staying LOCKED IN through the coldest part of winter! 🥶💪🏼

When the mornings were dark, the weather was freezing and staying in bed sounded like the much better option… you still showed up. THAT is what this challenge was all about building consistency, creating habits and keeping the momentum going right through winter. 🔒🔥

A huge well done to EVERYONE who took part. We’re so proud of the effort, energy and commitment you brought over the past six weeks. ❤️💙

💯 100 CLASSES FOR TEJAS! 💯

Tejas only joined us in March and has already clocked up 100 classes. Safe to say F45 has very quickly become an important part of his routine! ❤️

Since joining, Tejas has built so much confidence in his training, discovered just how capable he is and, most importantly, found a consistency that has him genuinely looking forward to training each week. 💪🏼

When we asked what he loves about F45, Tejas said:
“F45 has given me a completely new approach to fitness and has genuinely been life-changing for me. I love the energy, the variety and especially the people! Ryan, Emily and Cherie are amazing and are always there to guide, encourage and push me throughout every class. The support from the whole F45 family makes such a difference.” ❤️

His favourite? Monday strength sessions! 🏋🏽‍♂️ The perfect reset after the weekend and his favourite way to kick off the week.

Outside the studio, Tejas loves playing badminton 🏸 and we LOVE seeing how the strength, fitness and conditioning built at F45 carries over into the sports our members enjoy outside the studio! 🔥

Tejas we’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved in such a short time. Your consistency and hard work never go unnoticed, and we absolutely love having you as part of our F45 Point Cook family.

✨ 100 CLASSES FOR AARTI! ✨

A huge congratulations to Aarti on officially joining our 100 CLUB! 💯🔥

Aarti has been training with us since the end of 2025, and in that time her progress and consistency have been incredible! In her very first F45 Challenge, she managed to gain 1KG OF MUSCLE in just 45 days 💪🏼 and she’s continued getting stronger ever since!

You’ll often find Aarti training alongside her sister Pooja, with plenty of laughs between sets 😂🫶🏻 And it’s no surprise her favourite sessions are STRENGTH DAYS clearly all that lifting is paying off!

We tried to get some extra fun facts out of Aarti for this post… but she left us hanging 😂 So we’ll stick with what we DO know: she shows up, works hard, keeps progressing and always brings great energy to the studio!

✨ 500 CLASSES FOR JUSTINE! ✨

What an incredible milestone for an even more incredible person. 🥹

Justines journey to 500 has included countless early morning sessions, weekend workouts, remote classes through COVID, time away having her beautiful kids, a short stint away… and then finding her way back to us. And we are SO glad she did! 🫶🏻

For Justine F45 has become one of the best parts of her day, not only for the physical and mental benefits, but for the friendships, support and camaraderie that come with it.

💡 FUN FACT ABOUT JUSTINE:
She LOVES a physical challenge! She’s done a 134m bungee jump, skydived from 15,000ft, hiked Machu Picchu AND the Amazon Jungle, plus taken on Spartan Races and Tough Mudders. 🤯🔥 Safe to say, she’s always been up for an adventure!

These days, her biggest adventures are a little closer to home with her three beautiful kids - while still finding the time to show up, lift heavier, get stronger and keep challenging herself. 💪🏼

It’s no surprise her favourite F45 sessions are our partner and team workouts where she can push herself to the max, cheer everyone else on and enjoy a friendly challenge together. ❤️💙

500 classes down and now onto the next challenge… HYROX! 👀🔥

Another 100 down… and Shikhar officially joins the 900 CLUB! 🔥💪🏼

900 sessions. Years of consistency. Plenty of early mornings. A whole lot of hard work… and we can only imagine how many post-workout coffees by now ☕️😂

Shikhar is one of those members who just shows up and gets it done. Whether it’s a Challenge, a tough session or simply another day of training, he’s always putting in the work and continuing to push himself.

But beyond the 900 classes, Shikhar is a genuine part of the F45 Point Cook community, always up for a chat & supporting those around him. ❤️💙

A huge congratulations to Jumar on officially joining our 100 Club! 👏🏻

Since joining us in November, Jumar has become a consistent part of the F45 Point Cook crew, getting in his 2–3 sessions each week, but there’s one session you can guarantee he won’t miss… SATURDAY HYBRID! 😮‍💨

In Jumar’s words, Saturdays sessions are “sacred” Great crowd, great music and the perfect session to bring his A-game!

For Jumar F45 has become about so much more than just the workouts:
“Joining F45 Point Cook has been huge for both my physical and mental wellbeing… it’s become more than a gym, it’s part of my routine for staying balanced.” ❤️

Outside F45, Jumar works in crisis management, helping businesses navigate high-pressure situations, so Saturday Hybrid chaos suits him perfectly! 😂🔥

And a fun fact… after spending 5 years working in the cosmetic industry, he reckons he can probably tell you which serums and toners are a total scam. 👀😂
