You'll also see Coach Rob getting in some of his daily push-up reps. The good news? After 12 challenge days at 200 reps per day, Coach Rob has now smashed through 2,400 reps and is well on track to hit his 3,307-rep target by the end of the challenge! πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ”₯πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ₯Š

What started as a simple challenge has become so much more than just reps. It's been fantastic seeing our members encourage one another, share a few laughs and come together to support a cause that affects so many Australians. ❀️

After a well-earned rest day on Sunday, our Hitfit Fam was back into it on Monday and ready to continue the challenge! πŸ’ͺ🏼❀️

That's the look of someone who has just set a brand-new Hitfit Maidstone ladies MYZONE record. πŸ†πŸ”₯

Wendy’s husband, Dejan didn’t think she was working hard enough, so today Wendy picked up her brand-new MYZONE Max and put it straight to work during Coach Rob's 9:30 am session...

πŸ’₯ Calories Burnt: 1,085 πŸ’₯

To put that into perspective, our top-performing ladies would normally burn around 700 calories in a session. Wendy absolutely obliterated that benchmark! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

And it gets even better...

She also edged out one of our highest calorie-burning lads, John, who recently recorded an impressive 1,061 calories. 😳πŸ’ͺ🏼

For even more perspective, the average male consumes around 2,000–2,200 calories per day. Wendy burnt almost HALF of that in a single session! 🀯πŸ”₯

Simply put... Wendy went BEAST MODE! 🦍πŸ”₯πŸ₯Š

What an incredible effort and what a way to christen your brand-new MYZONE Max. ❀️

Needless to say, Dejan was left a little speechless and asking if the MYZONE wasn't working properly. 🀣🀣🀣

Rather than completing the reps individually, Coach Al had everyone perform their sit-ups in a Group Sit-Up Chain. πŸ˜³πŸ˜‚

Another day down and another awesome effort from our Hitfit Fam! πŸ’ͺ🏼❀️

With Coach taking part in the workout today, Coach stepped up and led the challenge, putting the crew through a workout based on Coach Rob's Push-Up Challenge philosophy of combining push-ups, sit-ups and squats to chip away at the 3,307-rep target. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ₯Š

And for a Saturday, what a turnout! We had approximately 50 members taking part today, making for a near full house and an awesome atmosphere throughout the gym. πŸ”₯πŸ‘πŸΌβ€οΈ

Today's workout looked like this:

It's been amazing seeing so many members embracing the Push-Up Challenge in their own way, whether that's push-ups, sit-ups, squats or a combination of all three. Every rep counts and every effort matters. πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ🏼

As for Coach Rob, the plan to reach the target of 3,307 reps over the 23 days is pretty simple: complete 200 reps per day consisting of:

βœ… 50 Push-Ups
βœ… 50 Sit-Ups
βœ… 100 Squats

Unfortunately, today didn't quite go according to plan. πŸ˜¬πŸ˜‚

Coach Rob managed to knock out the 50 Push-Ups and 100 Squats, but somehow the 50 Sit-Ups didn't happen.

Which means there's now a 50 sit-up debt owing... and guess who's paying it back tomorrow? πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜‚

Looks like tomorrow's total just got a little bit bigger! πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ”₯
