Are you passionate about basketball, skills coaching, and player development?

This could be your opportunity to break into the industry the right way.

At 4AM Academy, we’re looking for coaches who genuinely want to learn, grow, and develop under our system and environment.

This is not just “shadowing sessions.”
We want people who are hungry to improve, serious about coaching, and ready to invest into becoming great at what they do.

Successful intern coaches will have the opportunity to:

With the growth and demand we’ve seen at 4AM Academy, we’ve expanded our team to bring on more high-level coaches to support our athletes.

Mitch was a key part of our championship-winning Wyndham squad, playing a huge role in the team’s success. His coaching is defined by a creative, adaptable approach that challenges players in unique ways and helps them grow faster.

In just 7 years of coaching, Mitch has built an impressive resume:

🏀 2024 Big V Championship Men’s Assistant Coach
🏀 Current Geelong United U14s Head Coach
