I have decided that’s it’s time for me to pass on the torch 🔥
In 2026, I will be stepping aside as owner of Elite Strength Melbourne.
Taking my place will be Coach .amador - Mauricio has been coaching for years, he’s lived and breathed sport and fitness, and he’s dedicated to helping people get real results. He’s big on getting people to genuinely enjoy training, and make fitness a proper part of their life, not just something they do for a few weeks. He’s always wanted to build a gym with top level coaching, high standards, and a strong community.
As for myself, I began this gym from my garage in 2016. I have been operating for just shy of 10 years. I began with 0 members, a concrete floor and a few barbells.
The gym has been a massive part of my life, I poured so much time and passion into developing our community, culture and growing the gym as a whole.
I loved every bit of it, I saw the gym grow and had so many amazing people come through our doors. I have developed so many lasting friendships, connections and memories which I will cherish forever.
I feel like I have taken this gym as far as I can, now it’s time for someone else to take it to the next level.
It is time for me to focus more time on my family and into other ventures.
Mauricio will be there to transition into the owner of the gym in January, and he brings new and exciting ideas and aspirations which will shake things up in the local Maribyrnong area.
