We’d recently moved nearby and I was ready to start doing regular strengthening exercise after the birth of my son and to continue my recovery from spinal fractures.

The people, both the team and the members, and the friendships I have built along the way. I've never regretted going to a class, only missing one.

Just do it. It does not matter what your experience or fitness level is. The instructors will meet you where you are at.
