Meet our Head Coach & Owner Chrissy.

Chrissy has been doing Crossfit for 7 years and is an accomplished Crossfit Competitior, qualifying top 150 in the world at this year's Open & Quarterfinals in her age group, qualifying and competing at the Torian Pro and at the Masters League Games as an individual athlete.

Chrissy has been a fitness trainer for over 15 years, working at both Crossfit Gyms and Commercial gyms.

Prior to Crossfit, Chrissy was a gymnast, competed for multiple years as a body builder, a passionate netballer and a university level Netball Coach for several years!

She brings her impressive experience to us at Crossfit Mango Lemon.

One thing you will realise is her passion for coaching and attention to detail in movement mechanics, providing feedback that is easy to understand and helps our athletes progress through their stuck points. She's always got a smile on her face and loves seeing members reach their full potential.

Sending a MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to our Olympic Weightlifting Coach and athlete member superstar who competed at the Victorian Masters Championships.
They both walked away with GOLD MEDALS 🏅 👏👏👏👏

also competed at the World Championships earlier this year in April. This athlete is on a mission!

Weightlifting at our box is run every Tues and Thurs evening at 6pm!

Seperate Oly lifting memberships are available for those keen on focussing in on their lifting.
This class is also included as part of our unlimited Crossfit memberships.
