After coaching hundreds of members over the years, there are a few things we wish everyone knew when they walk through the gym doors.
We don't expect perfection.
We don't expect you to train every session, never miss a workout, or always feel motivated, life happens, kids get sick, work gets busy, holidays happen and motivation comes and goes.
What matters most is that you keep coming back. We also want you to know that modifying exercises is completely normal.
Whether it's a sore knee, a bad back, an old injury, or you're just learning a movement, our job is to help you train safely and confidently.
And if you're worried about people watching or judging you...Trust us, they're not.
Most people are too busy trying to survive their own workout. π
Something else we wish more people understood:
Bad workouts still count.
The session where you felt tired.
The one where you didn't lift as much.
The one you almost talked yourself out of attending.
They all count, because the people who get the best long-term results aren't the most motivated. They're not the fittest. They're not the most talented. They're simply the people who stay consistent.
