Teriyaki chicken & hot honey rice paper rolls ๐๐ฅ

INGREDIENTS ๐
130g Chicken breast
20g Simple wholesome pantry teriyaki sauce
4 x Pandaroo rice paper rolls
150g Carrot
100g Red cabbage
100g Cucumber
15g Capilano hot chilli honey
INSTRUCTIONS ๐
1. Cover 130g of thinly sliced raw chicken breast with 20g teriyaki sauce and cook on a non stick pan
2. Cut 150g carrot, 100g cucumber and 100g red cabbage into thin strips
3. Fill a plate or bowl with enough hot water to soak the rice paper sheet
4. Submerge a sheet for 10 seconds, swirl and once softened place flat on a plate
5. Layer on your carrot, cucumber, cabbage and chicken
6. Fold both sides in, then roll from the bottom up to close
7. Repeat for all 4 rolls
8. Finish with 15g hot honey drizzled over the top and enjoy ๐
