Quick shot of my pump when I smashed arms 😎🤩. Cut down the past week but excited to be back at the gym this week and back on that bulk after my biodcan was a flat 8% bf the cut was complete haha.
Excited to be pumping up the calories and getting full again, training consistently at a new faculty is only gonna end up one way 💪🏽🔥. So it begins, see ya at 95 💪🏽 at 10% in 3 months ✅.

Legs coming in hot this summer 🔥☀️🏖🥰. Tough times for all with the current global situation, a lot of stress and anxiety in the world and a lot of people have had the script flipped on their lives and feel lost/helpless.
Stay strong fam 🙏let’s get around each other and support your family and friend or even strangers. Practice gratitude and kindness towards others because you have no idea what they are going through on the other side.
Mental and physical health usually are correlated so let’s get outside, be grateful if our health and the beautiful country in which we are blessed to live in and be thankful we are extremely lucky to have ridden the wave and almost crushed it here, where others aren’t so fortunate.
Go for a walk, get some sun, talk to friends about how you’re feeling and what’s going on. We often don’t realise how many people are rooting for us to be happy and healthy. .
Let’s keep it positive sand we’ll all come out of this in 6 months time having learnt the valuable lesson on the fragiility of life and power of messing with Mother Nature in unnatural ways.
Stay smart and stay healthy, summers coming along with a brighter future. 🧐 Thoughful Thursday’s 🤟🏽.

Progress is progress 🤟🏽. Settling in at the go nicely. Trying to action a perfect routine is the hardest part of the gym and pretty much everything in life.
There will be days you don’t want to, do it anyway. Go against the little voice in your head telling you not to do something. Go against that full force and only good things can come. Productivity, happiness, success etc etc.

Consistency and diet are absolutely paramount to any physique of aesthetics. Beauty in the eye of the beholder and I have some more work to do before photoshoots coming up.
