Here’s how Kate lost 12kg while juggling work and family

Kate focused on her consistency, not magic diets or juice cleanses
She turned up and trained following a structured program
And found a group that she enjoyed turning up to train with each morning, making those early alarms for her 5:30am sessions much easier
