Kids and teens are back next week! Regos are open now for new starters with classes kicking off on Monday.

Ages 4 to 16 from beginner to advanced kids - there is something for everyone.

This term we are also introducing our new kids MMA program. This one will fill up so book in now to lock in a spot.

Teen, kids and minis term 3 class registrations are open now. Starting back next Monday!

We are also introducing a new Youth MMA class in Wednesdays for ages 9+ at 4.30pm

All our classes are beginner suitable with multiple coaches on the mats, so day 1 beginners through to those that have been training for years get what they need!

What a day and well done to everyone, plenty of first timers jumping in and win or lose you all did amazing! Hard matches only exceeded by the good vibes and sportsmanship all day.

Amazing day today at the East Coast Interclub.

15 kids competed with 7 gold, 9 silver and 5 bronze.

Today wasn’t about the medals though with many kids stepping up for their very first competition.

The sportsmanship across all of our kids and all the participating clubs was something we were most proud of.

Great matches across the board and good vibes on the day too.
