Weights Circuit:
Not a class — members move through different stations at their own pace, with dumbbells ranging from 2kg–5kg.
Each station has a different move to follow, and a coach is always there to help with technique and support you along the way.
Combined with strength training on the machines, it’s the ultimate 30-minute full body workout!
