The Adults Hapkido program at Kinetic Martial Arts Caringbah will develop your core martial arts skills - striking, joint locks, throws, and self-defence - while building strength, fitness, and flexibility in both mind and body. At Kinetic Martial Arts Cronulla we practise strikes, kicks, chokes, falling, joint manipulation, pressure points, throws and self defence. Our students can expect to develop into well rounded martial artists with an extensive technical repertoire. The specific art we train (Hapkido), may be referred to as ‘the ultimate self-defence style’. Our classes are structured to give beginners the maximum rate of improvement in technical ability in the minimum amount of time, while providing experienced students with a class that challenges them. Every class, students can look forward to developing both their mental and physical strength, fitness and flexibility. Classes are fun and the techniques are taught with safety in mind. Our instructors are not just personal trainers teaching kicking, punching and stretching. Our instructors are individuals that have had a strong commitment to their own training and development, and are now committed to assisting you achieve your goals too. Our members come from all walks of life including clergy, office workers, tradies, students, academics, the military, police services and more. When you start training with us you will be welcomed into a community focused club - our members often get together for more than just training. With both social and training focussed events (like technical all day training sessions, BBQ's, sparring days) occurring regularly. The Cronulla Dojang is conveniently located in central Cronulla, opposite Kafenio in Cronulla Mall.

One of our long-term Kinetic Caringbah families is currently facing an incredibly difficult time. The Thomas' dad is an easy going legend in the club & the shire community, and a great sense of hummer . . you may know him as that legend with he “Show Me Your Tints” truck!!!!
They have been part of our Kinetic family ever since they started training with us in Cronulla.

He has now been diagnosed with brain cancer, and the family is navigating what no family ever hopes to.

A GoFundMe page has been created to help the family with the financial pressures ahead.

If you feel able to help in any way, no matter how small, I'm sure it would mean a great deal to them.
