The best time to train is when everyone else stops... It's that time of year and people are getting lazy and falling off the wagon, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!
Just remind yourself if you do just 2 or even only 1 session a week you can maintain your weight or goals with a healthy continuous diet.
Would you prefer to keep at it with only 45-60mins a week or stop cold turkey and end up starting allllll over again when summer starts to come around.
Don't undo your good hard work, are you kidding, you trained that hard in so much pain to just throw it all away to bust yourself yet again every year??!!!!
Stick with it and be healthy and happy all year round, don't be fruit loop and lose your mojo!!!!!!!!!
