A 2-minute pad round has a way of humbling you π

You start thinking, "I'm fit... why am I so out of breath?"
Because the fitter you get, the harder you push.
Your breathing gets interrupted.
The rhythm changes.
One moment it's arms, the next it's legs.
Then you're asked to explode with power when you're already feeling heavy.
That uncomfortable place... that's where endurance is built π₯
