Working balance, rhythm and recovery after the kick πŸ’₯
Today we focused on returning to a strong, balanced stance after the roundhouse kick.
By adding the cross after landing, it helps bring the body back into balance while teaching rhythm, control and movement.
Nadene has been training with me for many years now, and I’m incredibly proud of her πŸ‘Š
She’s one of those strong women who proves that age should never stop us from moving our bodies, learning new things and challenging ourselves.
Muaythai improves balance, coordination, focus and confidence, while giving you an amazing full body workout at the same time.
