What makes our PEAK HYBRID approach unique?
We don’t see it as just a way to “lift weights one day, do cardio on the next” - but rather as a fully tailored system where each day gives our members multiple options to INDIVIDUALIZE their workouts fully! 💪🏽
Beyond offering two programming tracks, CrossFit & HYROX, we also use different movement variations based on each persons technical capacity & skill level - and we often TAILOR the workout variables to for instance focus more on strength OR cardio within the same workout based on each individuals goals, needs, and preferences!
This is best expressed in our HYBRID Sessions where the participants chooses between those two tracks within the same single “class” - like during today’s lunch session captured here where our CrossFit programmed focused on higher level gymnastics skills vs the HYROX version with Wall Balls, Ring Rows and Bike/Running. 🏃
