Its a diabetic handbook to healthy living, eating, plating and portioning food. The book gives you already worked out portions for the south African to easily guide them on nutritional value of the food type, GI content and sugar content. It gives healthy living guidelines.
This book is meant to support the diabetic or a person wanting to loose weight and gives them the building blocks to assist in their daily living.
