It’s wild that in 2026 people are still searching for new solutions to questions we’ve already answered.

Move daily.
Prioritize sleep.
Less alcohol.
Less scrolling.
Less Netflix.
Say no.

The craziest part? It’s all free.

Five months ago I was hospitalized for a week after an emergency laparotomy. Five weeks before that my Dad died suddenly.

Your body can do more than you think it can. Don’t let your mind get in the way of that.

F*ck “balance.”

I want freedom.

Freedom to train when I want to.
Freedom to travel on a Tuesday.
Freedom to work with people I actually like.
Freedom to build something that doesn’t make me miserable.

2025 reminded me what actually matters.

When really hard s**t happens and you come out on the other side, you gain a superpower. It becomes impossible to care about keeping up appearances or following the path everyone else does.

Most people are living on autopilot building lives that others want for them.

Taking jobs they hate.
Staying in routines that suck the life out of them.
Convincing themselves they’re “successful” because it looks good from the outside.

I’ve never been interested in building my life that way.

There’s a different way to live. And once you see it, it’s hard to unsee.

THE RICK CLASSIC 2026🖤⛳️🍺

This event was an idea we had just days before losing Dad to his 6-week battle with pancreatic cancer.

There was no one like Dad. He didn’t want a funeral. He didn’t want it to be sad. Honoring his life just HAD to be different. So I said, “how about we throw a golf tournament to raise a f**k ton of money for pancreatic cancer research.” He said, “that’s awesome, Kid.” So, we got to work just days before Dad’s last days on earth and didn’t stop until event day on Friday, May 8th.

I didn’t put an expectation on the outcome of the event. There was quite literally nothing to lose having already lost my favorite person in my entire life. Let’s just raise some money, get outside, enjoy each other’s company, drink, eat and have a good time.

The people who showed up — not just at the event itself but who donated, connected me to vendors, sent messages, wrote checks, supported — was overwhelming in the best way. Our volunteers were unstoppable. Our sponsors were generous and kind. Our golfers had a blast. The plus ones and guests and family and friends sold out the after party and then some. Standing room only. Giveaways from incredible partners. We sold out in every piece of apparel we had. We emptied the beer coolers. Cookie trays—bare. And, the event raised over $80,000 in less than six months. And we’re not done yet.

Dad would have loved every second of it—his energy was everywhere on Friday so I have a feeling he was around to see it all happen. The inaugural Rick Classic was a 100/10 success. And I already can’t wait for the next one. We’re just getting started so—buckle up💪🏼🖤

We live in a world of too much information.

Think less.

Move more.

Pick the thing you like.

Do it a few times a week.

Grab a friend. Or don’t.

Get outside.

Touch grass.

It’s not that I give up, but like… whatever😆🤟🏼
