🚨THE BEST TRIP EVER.

🇺🇸 Some trips are made to see new places.
Others are made by life itself, to show us who we are and how far we’ve come.

I was invited as a speaker on a Mighty Moe’s BMX Cruise 2025 to talk about BMX and my life — more than 42 years as an athlete and coach.
I shared where it all began, the journey, the struggles, the move to the USA, the victories, the hard moments, the falls, the comebacks… and the glories.

But none of this would mean anything without her.
My wife, present and strong, the most important person in this life journey. My foundation. My everything.

Without a doubt, it was the best trip of my life.

Almost everyone who played an important role in my career was there.
More than 90 people from the BMX world: athletes, officials Alice Bixier, track directors, leaders, and lifelong friends.
Being standing ovation applauded by all of you is something I will carry in my heart forever.

And as if that wasn’t enough, life surprised me once again.
My daughter showed up at the last minute with her boyfriend — who is also my athlete — and in that unforgettable moment, he asked for her hand in marriage. A feeling beyond words.

A person who changed my life, opened doors, believed in me, and helped create so many opportunities. Today, we are more than partners — we are friends, brothers, FAMILY.

This moment was not just about BMX.
It was about life, gratitude, love, resilience, and purpose.

I leave this experience with a full heart, a light soul, and the certainty that everything was worth it.

From the moment I stepped onto the 2025 ROC & Grands track, I knew it would be different.
The track was flawless, the atmosphere electric, and the competition fierce.

My athletes delivered incredible performances — I couldn’t be prouder. 🥇 🥇 🥈 🥈 🥉 .punisher.alessio #5

On my side, everything aligned. I won every moto on the way to the 20” main at the Grands.
Then, after celebrating my Cruiser National title, I felt a sharp pain in my calf — a serious injury at the worst possible moment.
For a second, I wondered if my weekend was over.

But that’s not who I am.

I went to the gate, focused on my lane, pushed through the pain, and fought my way to 2nd place.

I leave this event with results I’m proud of.
After 12 National rounds on both bikes, I won 11.

After leading DLBMX1 Race clinic, I hit the track ready for one of the most iconic races: Derby City National

Friday started with a win in the qualifiers… but also a hard crash. 💥 Yet, giving up was never an option. I bounced back stronger and I got the W in the second final! 🥇

Over three days and 6 finals, I took home 5 wins—a true test of resilience, determination, and growth.

All spots were sold out and the energy was simply amazing! 🙌
The track was in perfect condition 🏁 and everyone enjoyed a race-line focused training session, taking their skills to the next level.

It was intense, fun, and full of learning! 💥
Once again, the BMX community showed its strength and passion for the sport.

Despite the busy schedule, I couldn’t miss highlighting the 2025 UCI BMX World Championship this past July Copenhagen Denmark 🇩🇰
With 6 athletes, we achieved:

Also 1/8 semis semis as well. The Championship Class .vallejo_ 🇦🇷 1/4. Another successful chapter for the books. Very proud of everyone!
