Sakura (cherry blossom) is the flower 🌸 of the samurai. Their red bulbs look like droplets of blood 🩸 They form in the middle of the harsh winter, bloom early before the fall and die right as the weather turns favorable. Great class today. Learning more basic draws with the sword and honing blitz skills and refining the strikes in combatives. Also some live striking in building confidence with the frame. And as always we were able to draw the connections of the sword to our jujitsu. Well done!
