I don’t even really know where to start with this one 🥹

Ride was voted #1 Best Wellness Provider/Studio in the 4393 Awards. Seeing those words in print and reading the description of this community hit me harder than I expected.

When I took over Ride last year, I knew I was stepping into something that Joanna had built with so much heart. I also knew I had big dreams for where we could take it next. There have been changes, risks, long days, moments of doubt, a new location, new classes, and a whole lot of figuring things out as we went.

And through ALL of it, you kept showing up.

You rode with us. You lifted with us. You tried new things with us. You cheered for each other, welcomed new faces, filled classes, showed up for events, rode through town on a freaking flatbed trailer 😂, and trusted me and this incredible team as Ride continued to grow and evolve.

I hope everyone who has walked through our doors knows that this belongs to you, too.

I am just so unbelievably grateful.

Thank you for supporting this little local business. Thank you for believing in what we’re building. Thank you to our incredible instructors for pouring so much of yourselves into this place. And thank you to every single person who voted for us.

I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come—and somehow even more excited about where we’re going.

#1 feels pretty damn special. But getting here with you all means even more. We RIDE together. Always.

Ride is teaming up with the Lamoille Family Center for a diaper drive to support local families. and we’ve set a big goal: 2,500 diapers!

Diapers are an essential need for families, and every single donation helps. Our most-needed sizes are Newborn, 1, 2, 5, 6 & 7.

✨ Instructor Spotlight ✨ Hi, I’m Izzy! 👋🏻 When I’m not spinning in the studio, I’m spinning tracks… in the studio... I run and host a Top 40 radio station 95 Triple X, so music pretty much runs my life—which also means I take my spin playlists very seriously (it’s kind of my job!). I’ve been teaching since high school, and spin has always been the place where I found my confidence and strength. My goal is to help create that same feeling for everyone who walks into my class ✨

⚡️Teaching Vibe: Expect a ride that flows with the music. I love building playlists with big drops, plenty of out-of-the-saddle moments, and the kind of energy that keeps you pushing without overthinking it. My goal is for you to get a great workout, have fun, and leave feeling confident, accomplished, and ready to come back for more

🎶Music: My playlists are basically a love letter to pop music. You’ll hear everything from 2000s throwbacks and today’s biggest hits to fun remixes that make it impossible not to turn up the energy. And every now and then, we’ll have a dramatic little moment with a sad girl anthem—because balance.

🤯Fun Fact: My #1 Spotify track last year wasn’t a song—it was 10 Hours of Crackling Fireplace. After spending all day listening to music for work, apparently my brain decided the hottest track of the year was... fire 🔥
