Training to failure or stopping short? The answer might surprise you. πŸ’€πŸ’ͺ

Going to complete failure can recruit a huge amount of muscle, but doing it on every set can also increase fatigue and make recovery harder. Stopping around two reps short can still provide strong muscle fiber recruitment while helping you maintain training volume throughout the week.
