BALLET FITNESS tones the body from the inside out. Barre work, core and stretching to lengthen. Find out why ballerina's have such amazing bodies! BALLROOM DANCE GROUP CLASS (childcare available) at Chesterfield Family Center, Mondays at 7pm. No experience necessary, all levels taught. If you need a partner notify instructor as soon as possible. Class will feature basic steps, lead/follow, and shaping techniques of the dances chosen. I get asked on the regular what I think of GLP-1, Ozempic etc so hear it goes!!! It’s a very personal decision, probably made with a doctor who knows a lot more about than I do lol! I’ve heard it can cause muscle loss, so if we’re not already increasing muscle/ strength with weight training we sure need to do so now. There are many things that reduce muscle: not enough protein, lack of weight training, aging, getting sidelined from workouts because you’re injured. Here’s where I come in! I’m passionate about keeping you safe in your workouts and increasing those gains! Let me know if I can help.
