Last week, we hosted our second Tike Talk + Open Gym, and it was another wonderful evening of learning, movement, and community! 🎉

Tike Talk + Open Gym is our monthly family fun night where families can enjoy open gym play while hearing from special guest speakers who share their expertise on topics that support children and families.

We were thrilled to welcome Dr. Riley Shea of Pride Movement PT, who led an informative discussion on Core + Pelvic Floor Health. Parents gained valuable insights into how core strength and pelvic floor function impact everyday movement, exercise, recovery, and overall wellness.

While parents learned, children enjoyed exploring the gym, practicing new skills, and having fun with friends in a safe and active environment.

A big thank you to Dr. Shea for sharing her knowledge and to all the families who joined us. We can't wait to see everyone at next month's Tike Talk + Open Gym for more fun, learning, and connection! 💙🤸‍♀️✨

Another happy family celebration! 🎉🕷️

We had an amazing time celebrating Clifford’s 4th birthday with an action-packed Spider-Man themed party! Friends and family enjoyed an hour of organized activities led by our professional staff, including an obstacle course, gymnastics instruction, scarf dancing, and a fun snowball game.

After all the excitement, everyone gathered at the party table to enjoy snacks, drinks, and a delicious Spider-Man cake. 🎂🕸️

If you’ve ever planned a kids’ birthday party, you know the guest list can sometimes be the trickiest part.

After 30+ years of hosting birthday parties and special events, I’ve seen this come up again and again—especially when it comes to how to politely say “no siblings” on invitations.

It can feel awkward, but it doesn’t have to be. A little clarity up front can save a lot of confusion (and stress) later on.

I just shared some simple wording ideas you can copy and use right on your invites if you’re planning a party soon.

🎉 Did you know we offer weekday parties too?

Just this past Wednesday, Carter celebrated his 4th birthday with a private Hot Wheels-themed party! Even on one of our hottest days, he and a few of his school friends had an absolute blast. From tumbling and obstacle courses to balloons, a puppy game, and an epic snowball fight, the fun never stopped! ❄️🎈

The celebration wrapped up with light snacks and yummy popsicles — making it a day full of smiles, laughs, and memories for everyone! 🏁✨

A busy weekend at Tumble Tikes as we celebrated Reagan’s 5th birthday, Paw Patrol style! 🐾💗💜🎉 The party was filled with adorable puppy fun, lots of pink and purple balloons 🎈🐶, and so many smiling faces!

Everyone had an absolute blast tumbling, hula hooping, and yes… even an epic snowball fight! ❄️😂🤸‍♀️ After all the excitement, everyone sat down to enjoy yummy food catered by Mom 🍕🍓🧃 before ending the celebration with birthday cake 🍰🎂✨

So much fun, laughter, and sweet memories celebrating a special birthday girl! Happy 5th Birthday, Reagan! 🥳🐾💜
