SWEAT by Smith

SWEAT by Smith SWEAT class is an interval style training that incorporates both cardio and strength training. Our classes focus on both strength and cardio/agility training.

October 2014 I started my training career with Forshey Training Systems (an athlete training facility in Salem). I started one on one training sessions and from there we grew into 2 on 1 and 5 on 1 and then developed fairly quickly into group training only. We are training for life, we're training to be healthy and stay healthy, we're training to be an examples for our kids and younger generations

and we're training for ourselves. As a mom of 4 my goal is to always be an example of good health, well rounded lifestyle and being the best version of myself. I base my classes on this as well, leading and teaching both men and women how to be the best versions of themselves.

Age based agility training, basic bodyweight push/pull movements, jump training, age based strength training.

Camp cost: $30/kid

One year 🔥
It feels like we’ve been here way longer and every day since day one of walking into classes here for the very first one, felt like it was exactly where we were supposed to be.
SWEAT has been my every day for 10 years and now it’s sitting in the backyard of my very favorite space, our home ❤️
When SWEAT started waaaay back… it started as a one on one/very small group as I was training myself before David and I got married and then as our first baby came it turned into a mommy and me or a mommy needs a workout class and over the years it has slowly shaped itself into what we our today!

I never actually thought of having my own space, I envisioned myself with our old gym forever honestly and I was content with where we were. When times changed and the idea presented itself, we jumped hard and fast and pushed quickly and in a matter of 7 months the dream was alive and standing! Which is WILD to think because in the process it felt like it took years 😅😅

To every single person who made this possible.. I will forever be thankful!! It was more than a David and I effort.. it was our families time, money, sacrifice, late nights, looooong weeks/ends, tears, I’m sure some blood in there somewhere 🙈 Our tribe backed us big time on this thing and thank you will never ever be enough!

🔻MANDATORY First weigh in April 2nd 5-6am or April 3rd 9-10am

🔻Payments due at weigh in. Cash or check (made payable to Samantha Smith)

🔻Final weigh in May 8th @ 9-10am & May 9th @ 6-7am

▪️Each team member MUST attend either a class and/or virtual gym 3X per week, you must reserve your (in person) class via scheduling app; https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0A48ABA92DA4F4C07-52941633-sweat

▪️Each team will have a team captain, who will be responsible for holding your members accountable for meal plans and workouts, motivating each other and encouraging throughout the challenge.

▪️Meal plans are based on a macro % - any alterations to the plan could affect your weigh in results. Substitutes provided ONLY for allergies.

▪️Each team member will weigh in weekly on Monday and record with me (Samantha Smith) via text a photo of your weigh in & your team name

▪️All participates can come to UNLIMITED classes and/or virtual gym times, based on your sign up preference

▪️Tracking is measured by our InBody 520 Body Composition Analyzer;
•composition analysis
•measuring fat, muscle, and total body water
•weight
•total inches
(This will break down your fat losses vs. your muscle gain)
