Downtown FIT Downtown FIT is Rome's only Women's Training Studio, located between the rivers of historic downtown I strive to have a personal relationship with each client.

My goal as the owner of Downtown FIT is for any woman to feel comfortable walking through the doors of my studio. I will help you figure out the best type of training and nutrition plan for your life, body, and your schedule. Can't wait to meet you soon!!
