“I have been around the figurative block with gyms and feel like Rome Strength and Fitness is offering something unique and beneficial in Rome. I have been going since June 2023 and I have been really impressed with how welcoming the community is, how knowledgeable the coaches are, and how professional the business/gym operates. People are genuinely friendly and supportive of one another, which makes this a great place to try if you are new to gyms. I go to the 5am class and people say good morning/hello when you walk into the gym, which I almost couldn’t believe at first. Then they kept saying hello and good morning even months later. At that point, I thought, I guess people are just friendly and glad to be here at 5 am. :)
I was looking for a gym that would help get me out of a bit of a physical rut I found myself in after focusing on school and work for a few years. Starting to do the X4 classes has made me feel physically stronger and has really challenged me to push myself. I’m certain I wouldn’t be able to push myself in new ways if it were not for the environment that RSF/X4 provide. I would highly recommend this gym/fitness community to people looking for something new and refreshing. I would probably keep going for the cold towels alone, but the other benefits I’ve mentioned make it worth it too.”

“I joined Rome Strength and Fitness in 2017, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The workouts are challenging but the community within the gym has kept me coming back. Starting out I didn’t take it seriously as I was just having fun in the gym building relationships and giving out hugs. The past year, I decided to take it seriously and joined the nutrition program. That was the first start, then I started mixing X⁴ and CrossFit in my workout routine and the results have been amazing. I am stronger and my cardio is the best it has every been. Jeff, the coaches, and the community the gym has built has changed my life.”
