Don’t forget the eggs with your toast in the morning! Whole grain bread is great, but your body also needs that protein to support your muscles!

Read food labels! Sugar hides in food items such as bread, ketchup, BBQ sauce, and pasta sauce

Did you know that some people eat ZERO veggies!? Don’t let that be you! They are full of phytonutrients that contain antioxidants that help your immune system fight diseases like cancer! Oh, and they have fiber!
5️⃣ 𝗘𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 & 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Eating mindfully cultivates awareness of your fullness/hunger cues, promotes healthier food choices, aids digestion, and fosters a positive relationship with food and body.
