Not one single person makes up “ The Brig”
-
Not even Dany or Jose .

Members come and go , that’s part of the process.

We TRULY believe we have something special here. Not just the fact that we were the first ones in Rome doing what we do . Adding culture ✌️the gym . ( Respectfully)

But the fact that we TRULY believe we have the BEST MEMBERS. Each one of you make up The Brig . You guys are why we want to continue to bring a better package 📦.

We have a Three year goal ( more like two ) and Near Future check offs that will start going into play .

So BIG THANK YOU TO all the members. Regardless if you are still here, you guys mean alot ✌️us.

So let’s continue the work ————- 🏴‍☠️🦅👺

We know we’ve been MIA from posting.

The gym has been moving forward every month.

We thank all our new members and OG members for that .

In the next few weeks/months we will be turning a spare room we have in the back of the gym into a Small Posing Room.

As always . Always Foward ⚡️👺⚡️

Reminder.

We will be unstaffed this coming up Thursday-Sunday .

Headed out of town for a family trip.

But we plan on checking out local gyms and trying new pieces of equipment for a little R&D for the brig .

For our members if you NEED ANYTHING don’t hesitate to contact us on here or Jose Del Real or DANY G🤍

This October makes it 5️⃣YEARS! wild work .

As stated before, this year is the year for growth. More hand picked equipment. More giving back to the community. More community building.

-
We truly believe we have the best members. From the day one members to the ones that just got here.

WE HAVE OUTGROWN this building, so we promise to continue to look for something bigger . Bigger means more equipment more cool stuff more fun .

2026 🏴‍☠️👺

The year for GROWTH. 2025 was a personal busy year for and . The gym continued to grow but we felt like we didn’t give back as much as we set the standard.

So for 2026 that changes.

More equipment
One or two mock meets
Stepping back on the platform
And just giving back more .

For the OG members we thank you for being awesome. For all of our new members we thank you for picking us and seeing the vision.

From now till FEBRUARY 1st we will be running 10 percent off on ALL memberships.

IF YOU RECOMMEND SOMEONE and they sign up . We will give you a 25$ gift card .

Let’s continue to grow 🏴‍☠️👺
