One year ago today, Sarah gave the ultimate gift by donating a portion of her liver to her son, Lucas.

This morning, our 6 AM crew wore green, and the rest of the gym joined in celebrating this incredible milestone. One year later, Lucas is thriving, and we’re so grateful to celebrate this special day with Sarah and her family.

Since having her son, she’s been showing up consistently, putting in the work during those early mornings, and making time for herself again. Down 30 pounds, stronger than ever, and hitting new milestones along the way.
