Youth Athletic Development Program Spotlight 🏆: Congrats to Eddie Hahn on winning the U16 285lbs NYS Freestyle Wrestling State Championship!

Won the championship last weekend without a scholastic season. Just strength and conditioning work at Harro to build that foundation.

We're proud to be a part of the journey and look forward to seeing you sling around more weight!

What's Changing:

➡️ Daily guest passes will be available WEEKDAYS ONLY (Monday-Friday)
➡️ Weekend and Holiday access requires a weekly pass or longer duration membership

Current Members: No changes for you - full access as always.

Starting Saturday, April 4th, Harro East is now open until 4 PM on Saturdays and Sundays - giving you more flexibility to get your workout in (and run errands guilt-free).

Note: Due to Easter, we'll have special holiday hours on Sunday, April 5th: 8 AM - 12 PM. Regular 4 PM weekend close resumes the following weekend.

​Well now, it’s 83 feet of high-performance space ready for your hardest workouts. Whether you’re a walk-in (availability schedule posted at turf entrance) or you want to reserve the space at the front desk for solo or group access, this floor is yours.

Fully equipped with:
