The salmon are piling up put front! Wont be long for a good push. Lake fishing is on fire right now. Had good friends up for a few days and lets say they went home with sore arms and big full cooler! Here they come! Salmon are in stagging mode out in front of oswegoin good numbers and good number in our bay. Night fishing is almost here and only have a handfull of dates open. Early september has the most open but only late date is sept 23, 28, 29, and 30th. Oct 1. Dont miss out it looks to be another great night bite with lower water so far. 518-332-7361

The salmon are showing up in the bay finally and it wont be long before they are at the front door of the river! We still have some September and 1st week of October for night fishing trips. You might be able to get one like this young man. It was his first time fishing for salmon and he landed this huge 31 pound male king! Multiple boats available for bigger groups also. 518-332-7361

Report here from the lake on the bay, browns are still the target here with a few kings in the mix. Alot of bait around. Browns are from 40 to 100 fow best. Spoons doing most of the damage but dont be afraid to throw a green flasher fly on a long line for them. Night trips for this year are booking. Have only a few early Oct dayes left and mid to early sept. Night trips are fun and different if you have never tried them!

Well summers here but mother natures says other wise. Night salmon fishing isnt that far away and last year was off the wall fishing! I am half booked up all ready for September and early October. Last trip of the season for us yesterday. Had Taylor and his 5 year old daughter aboard. Nice sunny day in the 70s amd the fish wanted to play too! Was there first time on the river and she put a whooping on some fish! Staryed at 10am and first fish came on the plugs. Didnt even get the last rod in and we had one on. Dad got that one. Next stop she looses one at the boat on a pink worm. Next stop switched baits and looses a big shiney fish to the rocks breaking the line. 3 drifts later she get her first steelhead! Both on sacks. She got play with a few more but landed her nicest late in the day probably 7 pounds. Dad got the last fish on the last stop on a pink worm. Fun day with 5 to the hoop and they played with 11 total. September will be here soon night trips for salmon start first week of sept so book now!!
