Jill is the winner of this year‘s nutrition challenge! Over the course of six weeks she accumulated 282 of the 291 available points, hitting her macros 40 out of 42 days!
Jill came into the challenge with a strong handle on her nutrition, but never approached it as if she had it all figured out. She stayed open to feedback, asked thoughtful questions, and put suggestions into practice. She demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to engage beyond the bare minimum, taking the opportunity to learn and get the most out of the six weeks.
Alongside her nutrition, consistency, she leaned into stress, management tactics, circadian rhythm, and a nightly wind down routine, all of which will support her recovery and training as much as her nutrition already does.
It has been such a pleasure getting to know Jill through the challenge and watching her dedication and enthusiasm show up week after week. You absolutely smashed this challenge Jill, and we can’t wait to see where you take these habits from here!
