Think back to your first day at the gym or your first day at MF.

You might have felt a little nervous - maybe you weren’t sure what to expect. But you showed up anyway, and that one decision led to something bigger: new strength, new friendships, new confidence, just to name a few. Now imagine being the person who gives that to someone else.

Bring a Friend Week is more than an event - it’s an opportunity to introduce someone you care about to a place where they can challenge themselves, grow, and be supported every step of the way.

The process is simple:
- Invite your friends, family members, or coworkers to class any time between March 30th and April 3rd.

- They’ll be guided by our coaches from start to finish.

- If they decide to continue, they get $60 off their first month thanks to you. You’ll receive $60 cash as a thank you from MF.

Sometimes the hardest part is walking through the door for the first time. You can be the reason someone finds the courage to do that.

Jill is the winner of this year‘s nutrition challenge! Over the course of six weeks she accumulated 282 of the 291 available points, hitting her macros 40 out of 42 days!

Jill came into the challenge with a strong handle on her nutrition, but never approached it as if she had it all figured out. She stayed open to feedback, asked thoughtful questions, and put suggestions into practice. She demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to engage beyond the bare minimum, taking the opportunity to learn and get the most out of the six weeks.

Alongside her nutrition, consistency, she leaned into stress, management tactics, circadian rhythm, and a nightly wind down routine, all of which will support her recovery and training as much as her nutrition already does.

It has been such a pleasure getting to know Jill through the challenge and watching her dedication and enthusiasm show up week after week. You absolutely smashed this challenge Jill, and we can’t wait to see where you take these habits from here!

Dahne has shown incredible growth and ownership over the last six weeks. Instead of waiting for the “perfect time,” she leaned into the process—even navigating knee surgery—to build habits that actually stick. Here is how she’s leveling up:

Smart Fueling: She introduced a simple, portable breakfast that stabilized her energy and carried her through to lunch.

Better Energy: By prioritizing hydration and moving away from processed “heat and eat” meals, she’s officially crushed the afternoon slump.

Body Awareness: She’s successfully reconnecting with her true hunger signals and seeing the direct link between water intake and energy.

True Resilience: Despite a surgical recovery, Dahne stayed committed to her nutrition and returned to class ready to build strength intentionally.

Lizz has demonstrated a consistent level of awareness and curiosity since week one. She is shifting from reacting emotionally to connecting her hunger, sleep, and stress to logical variables. Here is how she is staying on track:

Training Consistency – Maintaining 5 training days per week despite 3:15am wake times and long professional days.
Hunger Regulation – Improving her energy levels and appetite control through better macro distribution.
Proactive Problem Solving – Identifying that 12+ hour days without a plan lead to overeating and implementing solutions before they happen.
Tracking Discipline – Honoring her goal to track even on the hardest days, missing only one day the entire challenge.
Building Systems – Instead of deprioritizing her health during a demanding season, she chose to lean in and build the routines she needs most.

Lizz, your ability to communicate challenges and immediately implement solutions is setting a high bar. Keep it up!
