2026 Portland Old Port Best of Awards! Nominations are now live!

Nominate Dynamics for Best Gym of Portland.

Tell your colleagues, besties, and neighbors to get online and nominate the places that keep you coming back for more.

Timeline:
Tuesday, June 16th until Tuesday, June 30th, 11:59 PM – Nominations are open!
Wednesday, July 1st at Midnight until Tuesday, July 14th – First round voting will begin on all nominated businesses.
Wednesday, July 15th – The top ten finalists in each category will move into the second round of voting! Voting for the Top Ten continues.
Final voting ends on Friday, July 31st at 11:59 PM.

You are able to vote only ONCE per category, so make sure to cast your vote for your absolute favorite!

LAST 2 SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE for our Scarborough Lift Club❗️⬇️

Lift Club is…
- More focused on the foundational movement patterns;
- A little bit more slowly paced to go heavier in weight;
- Capped at 8 people.

It will be a 60-minute small group class taught by Coach Danielle Roy!

Fewer people in class will allow for more individualized attention and the ability to use equipment not seen in regular classes!

If you’re looking to...
- Hone in on form and technique
- Try new strength focused exercises
- Have fun with a new type of training

Strength Class will be perfect for you!

Classes will be held at the Scarborough location on Fridays at 11 am starting on 6/19 (next Friday)!
