Lift Club is…
- More focused on the foundational movement patterns;
- A little bit more slowly paced to go heavier in weight;
- Capped at 8 people.
It will be a 60-minute small group class taught by Coach Danielle Roy!
Fewer people in class will allow for more individualized attention and the ability to use equipment not seen in regular classes!

- Try new strength focused exercises

Classes will be held at the Scarborough location on Fridays at 11 am starting on 6/19 (next Friday)!
